I am currently working on creating a "registration record" and I would
like to add a macro that opens up an "input box" where a name can be
typed, last name, first name, and then press "find" and either have the
macro go to that name or open up a pop-up window that will display all
the info for that particular individual. I am self taught and still
have alot to learn. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks you

I suggest turning on the macro recorder and use the menu Edit | Find.
