I'm not sure how you found that cell/row to unhide, but since you know it, maybe
something like:

Option Explicit
Sub testme99()
Dim myCell As Range
With ActiveSheet
Set myCell = .Range("a16")
myCell.Rows.ShowDetail = True
End With
End Sub

(A16 was a cell that contained a subtotal in my testing.)
