Default Updating Headers using VBA

I have data in a spreadsheet and i'm copying the data in a template with
contains headers. My problem is how do i update the headers as the data
changes.

Example of Data:

Region District Dealer Data
Central 2 1064 200
Eastern 3 2514 300

My data consists of alot of regions and Districts and so on. So lets
say i'm done pasting Central region and i go on to Eastern, how do i
change the headers using VB code while copy that chunk of data.
