Default Database Form appearence

Excel's Database Form lists the fields one chooses but
underlines certain letters. What can be done to change
this to be able to highlight and underline those letters
one desires on the form?

Default Database Form appearence

Excel uses the first letter in each field name that isn't already in use
on the form. AFAIK, there's no way to change the selection.

You could build your own data form with a UserForm, or you could try
John Walkenbach's Enhanced Data Form.
