Default formula to display dbaseIII columns/rows in Excel Cells

Is it possible using MS Excel 2000 to display a dbaseIII table within an
excel spreadsheet? I know I can open the dbaseIII file first and save in
excel format but I need something that can update the cells automatically.
I suppose I could also save the information in comma delimited and have a
formula read that information but don't know if thats possible either.

Are either of these possible? If not then does anyone know of a 3rd party
tool that might work for me.

Thanks,
Chris
