Default Importing data from the web

Hi all,

I'm constructing a spreadsheet that is designed to list
currency rates for the day. I would like to source the
rates from a bank website.

I have been unable to locate any relevant information or
examples to help me achieve my goal. Any advice, pointers,
tips etc from this forum would be greatly appreciated.
