Default Sort pivot table

Is there a way to sort a pivot table by two fields? I have a field with
Fiscal year and a field with Gross margin %. I want the pivot table sorted
by the total gross margin % for the salesman but I do not want FY 2006 to be
above FY 2005. By using a Sort by Gross Margin % it is sorting by the Fiscal
Year subtotals and not just the total.

Hi,

I am not sure what situation exactly you have, but you can move data also by
right clicking on row or column heading data and then select Order and then
select move up, down, right, to beginning...
In this case you do not have to worry is it ascending or descending order.

The row and column headings are in the right order. It is the data under the
column headings I want to sort by Gross Margin and then Fiscal Year.
