Default how do i automatically sort data in a pivot table

I have a pivot table where I select the product and the customer and the
amount they ordered are displayed. I want the amount of product ordered to
be sorted descending automatically. How do I do that?

Double-click on the Product field button
Click the Advanced button
Under Auto-Sort options, select Descending
From the 'Using field' dropdown, select 'Sum of Amount'
