Default excel should highlight current line (row)-easier for large spread

I use large spreadsheets with many columns, would be nice if the current row
was highlighted where current cell is loated.
I am aware of the "freeze panes"option, but feel rows would be easier to
read if the current line viewed was highlighted.

Until the developers get around to your request, you can use Chip Pearson's
ROWLINER add-in.
