PLACE IT ON ANOTHER SHEET. I NEED TO MERGE COLUMNS A, H, & I AND PLACE THEM
ON TO THE NEW SHEET IN COLUMN F

Default Merging

Why the new sheet? If you set the data as a database, you can retrieve only
the data you need in an open range, or use (H or V) LOOKUPs to pull the data
into new columns independent of the rest.
