Default Report to client - how to do?

I just received an e-mail from a vender which I want to replicate when
sending my final reports to cliets.

Let me try to explain how it is, and someone may help me doing the same
way or in a better way!

My vendor excel file (vendor.xls) has 4 spreadsheets (is it the right
name in english? Sorry I am brazilian), but all of them I CANNOT see.
They ARE NOT HIDDEN, as if I go to menu hide, they are not there, but I
can´t see them.

Let suppose the spreadsheets are names A, B, C & D. Spreadsheet A, has
3 boxed links named B, C & D, which are linked to the others
spreadsheets.

So if one presses B, it goes to spreadsheet B where I can see results
(numbers), but as I said, no one can see those spredsheets in the
bottom at all.

How did I find the spreadsheets? I went to menu "window - new window",
then suddenly all the 4 spreadshees appeared, with gridlines, formulas,
etc. Otherwise, I just see the linked boxed and in each spreadsheet (B,
C & D) the results.

How did he do it? How he "hide" the spreadsheets?

Thanks a lot!!!

Default Report to client - how to do?

escondidas?"
