Default General Mail Failure

We have a user who is trying to send a file from Excel 2000 (File --
Send To -- Mail Recipient (As Attachment)) and she gets an error
message that says: "General mail failure. Quit MS Excel, restart the
mail system, and try again." We've done that numerous times and
nothing helped. We restarted her computer, still nothing.

She has Excell 2000, Outlook 2003, running Windows 2000.

Can anyone help us solve this problem?

Thank you!
