Default Auto fill, I Think

How do i do the following

I have a spreadsheet set up with various drop downs, check boxes and
text boxes.

What I would like to happen when I select the various drop downs and
check boxes it would then go to a blank field/square where it fills in
all the info you have given

For ecxample IO have a drop down that says Are you a man Yes|No|Maybee
and a check box that says are you sure.

So if I select No and then tick the box I would liek to see at the
bottom of the page...

Man Yes, are you sure Yes

So any one tell me if this can be done

Thanks

Tim
