I have a file which is set up using quite a bit of sumproduct formula.

From a data set the aim is to produce results from different sets of
criteria ordered in accordance to three separate preferences.

So, if the criteria is combinations of a,b and c, and I set my
exclusions accordingly, I then need to produce three separate sets of
results.

What I'm finding is this. I have the Calc setting at manual and in
going between each set of results there is not much delay after
pressing the Calc button.

However, when I go back to select the criteria, not only does it take a
little time before processing the input to the cell and moving to the
next one, but hitting the Calc button produces a long long delay
freezing up all my open spreadsheets. Thereafter, when changing the
results to reflect a different set for that crieria, there is no
problem until I once again seek to change the criteria.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?
