I would be very thankful to the person who could tell me how to block for
ever the little window that constantly pops up to right side of screen when I
copy something. I would like to never see it again - ever.

at the end of that window click on options and uncheck
show office clipboard automatically
and show office clipboard when Ctrl+C pressed twice
uncheck both of these options.
