Becky, column width is for the whole column, you could under format cells,
alignment, check merge cells, or under text alignment, horizontal, select center across selection. I try NOT to use the merge cells because this can be a problem when you want to sort and other things. -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
