Default How to do those lines on top of vowels?

I'm not sure what you mean by lines?

If you mean accents and acutes as in French characters then you can do these
by loading the character map in Windows
(StartProgramsAccessoriesSystemCharacter Map), select the font you are
using and then look for the letter you want and select it.

Either copy it to the clipboard by selecting the copy button or look in the
bottom right of the character map dialog and you will see an Alt-xxx key
combination. Go to the spreadsheet and hold down Alt and then type (ON THE
NUMERIC KEYPAD) the numeric code and release the alt key. so for è you would
type alt+0232

If you do this often I would change up your language and keyboard
