How to do those lines on top of vowels?
I'm not sure what you mean by lines?
If you mean accents and acutes as in French characters then you can do these by loading the character map in Windows (StartProgramsAccessoriesSystemCharacter Map), select the font you are using and then look for the letter you want and select it. Either copy it to the clipboard by selecting the copy button or look in the bottom right of the character map dialog and you will see an Alt-xxx key combination. Go to the spreadsheet and hold down Alt and then type (ON THE NUMERIC KEYPAD) the numeric code and release the alt key. so for è you would type alt+0232 If you do this often I would change up your language and keyboard -- HTH Nick Hodge Microsoft MVP - Excel Southampton, England www.nickhodge.co.uk HIS "stars" wrote in message ... |
