Default import worksheet based on a selection

I've searched but so far have been unsuccessful.
I have a worksheet with general information. Based on the answer to the
last question on that worksheet I want to bring in (load) additional
questions from a different spreadsheet in the same workbook. The last
question can be either a drop down list or a radio button or check box
whichever works easiest. I've already inserted radio buttons but I'll gladly
delete those if there is a more elegant solution.

In other words, Worksheet1 has 12 questions. If the answer to question 12
is A then I want to copy all of the information from Worksheet2 below the 12
question on Worksheet1. If the answer is B then I want to copyo all of the
information from Worksheet3 below the 12 questions on Worksheet1.

Seems like it should be easy but it is late and I haven't been able to
figure it out yet. -Thanks
