How do you copy only the unhidden rows of a spreadsheet to paste to a new
spreadsheet?

Default Copy and paste of a spreadsheet

hi, there is no command on the menu to do it, but if you custom your toll
bars, you can found a button to selected just the visible area.

right click on the toll bar, custom | comands | selected Edit (left area).
in my case ist the third buttom (down thu up).
