I created a workbook with some macros, including a WorkBook Open ()
procedure in version 2000. When I open it on a system running 2002, I get the dreaded "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close" message. The document is then opened and recovered in a "Repaired" status, except that just means it is opened and all the macros are removed. What could be the problem? Also, is there a way to open the file anyway but disable the macros so that I can eliminate macros progressively to determine which one might be the offender? Rob |
