Default less noise when working with CSV files

I need to edit some CSV files. I've noticed that even when I open a .csv (as
opposed to exporting a .xls to .csv), every time I try to save I get the
following error:
SomeCSV.csv may contain features that are not compatible with CSV
(comma-delimited). Do you want to keep the workbook in this format?

Is there any way to suppress this message (does Excel have a "I'm perfectly
aware I'm working with CSV's now stop bugging me about it" mode)?
