Use the conditional formatting function.
ToolsConditional Formatting. From here you can select your criteria and what Excel should do when the criteria is met, change colour of font, change background colour, etc. This function is strictly visual, not calculated. Macronewfie "after the future" wrote: I want to find certain cells in the sheet with my specified text in them and then want excel to make them highlighted or bold. |
