Default Modifying a database

I have a list named "Database" of church members on a sheet named "Records"
I export them to a sheet named "Contributions" This sheet has cols for each
of the weeks in the year. At the end I have a col "BN" that adds all the
contributions for the year. I then export this data back to the "Records"
sheet. Every thing works great until I add another member. This displaces all
the contributions below the new member.
Is there any way to correct this problem without adding all the weeks to the
database?
