Default List First Friday's Date of the year

Would like to type in a year, and from that year, I would like to list
the first Friday of that year.

For example:

A1: 2006 (this I would type in, but could change to a different year)
B1: lists the first friday of this year automatically. If the year
changes, so will this date.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
