Default Acess x Excell

Good Morning,

I have to create a mailing list and I would like to know which tool is
better to that application ????

I would say Access that way you will be able to query it so you only
show certain records depending on other variables shuch as only showing
a list of males instead of always having a big list of details in a
table.

Do you know where i can find some instructions to create the list on the
Access as I have never used it?

If you need data enry forms and reporting then i would choose ACCESS
handsdown..

This site has a list of tutorials to get you used to how to use Access.

But I dont have one specifically for the job you wan to do.

If you decide to use excel, I'd use MSWord to generate the labels/envelopes.
