When we print mailing labels, Excel drops the beginning zero in zip codes
causing us to have to add them manually. We are working with thousands of labels and this is very time consuming. Thank you Kate |

![]() If you add an apostrophe to the front of the zip code, this shouldn't happen. If you're printing the labels in Word, there's an article on the

Go to Format - Cells on top menu toolbar
