Default Is it possible to have a multiple lookup formula.

I have coloum heading as given below.
Area Code | Area Name | TPL NO. | Desc | Del Qty | Value
011 DELHI XXXXX01 Bolt 20 30.00
011 DELHI XXXXX05 nut 20 30.00
011 DELHI XXXXX08 screw 20 30.00
011 DELHI XXXXX09 orbit 20 30.00
022 CAL XXXXX06 sander 20 30.00
054 CHN XXXXX01 Bolt 20 30.00
I want a single formula which can caputre data by looking up on area code
and simltaneously looking at the TPL no. and give a result of the del qty.
The formula

Area Code = 011
Tpl code = XXXXX09 orbit
= Result cell should lookup the area code and TPl Code and give a result on
sales of the particular TPL number under the specific area code.

If area code & Tpl code changes the results should also. change. Is it
possible to have a multiple lookup formula.
