Default How do I used two different colors in an excel graph plot area?

Hi all,
I am trying to show a graph of a clients blood sugar level. Her levels are
way above the accepted "safe" range. On my graph, I would like to have a
grey back ground but have the safe range highlighted in a different color.
Any suggestiongs?
