Default Filter call data by open date

i have a 13 column spread sheet and column E contains the date a
particular call was opened, What i need to be able to do is select the
calls where column E date is for the previous month and then copy the
whole row of data to another page so i can then report on it as there
can be over 800 calls a month and the list can be upto 2000 entries
long and to sort by date and then paste it just takes ages
thnx in advance

You could apply Data|Filter|autofilter to that column of dates.

Then use that drop down arrow to choose a Custom filter
(greater than or equal to the 1st of the previous month and less than the 1st of
the current month)

Then copy those visible rows to your other worksheet.
