I constantly switch back and forth between Arial and Symbol fonts. Is there
a way I can place those specific fonts on my Toolbar as buttons so I can switch back and forth more conveniently? Thanks! |

Record a macro for each of your font changes, one for Arial and another for
Symbol, then right click on any visible toolbar and select CUSTOMIZE. Click the COMMANDS tab, scroll down until you find MACROS and select it. in the COMMANDS panel to the right of the CATEGORIES panel, click CUSTOM BUTTON and then click and drag it to the toolbar of your choice. The FORMATTING tool bar would be a natural for this button. Right click on your new button andin the NAME field type the name of the font that it will change to and then clck TEXT ONLY (ALWAYS). This will exit the menu, so right click once again on the new button and select ASSIGN MACRO. Select the macro of you choice from the list of available macros. Repeat the procedure for the second button -- Kevin Backmann "topsquark" wrote: I constantly switch back and forth between Arial and Symbol fonts.
