Default Toolbar buttons -- AS400 iSeries Transfer

I am using the toolbar buttons (added through Add Ins, iSeries Access
Data Transfer) to download and upload information to an IBM AS400. My
company recently began using EXCEL 2003, and now I can only use the
toolbar buttons on the first spreadsheet I open.

To use the buttons in a different spreadsheet I have to close all
previously opened spreadsheets first, otherwise I get an error that
says something like "you can only use this function in the original
spreadsheet." Any ideas on what I am doing wrong. My older pc with
the older version of EXCEL could care less how many spreadsheets I
previously opened.
