I am trying to reference sales using two factors (Year, and day)

Here is how I received the data

Year Day sales
1985 1 x
l l s
l l x
l l x
2005 30 z

Here is the format I want it in


Day 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989
1 b2?
2
3
etc..

Is there any way I can use the 1985 and day 1 to find the right value
in B2 (sales)
