Default lists please help!

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me with regards to creating lists using
a different worksheet as a reference point

I'm trying to create a list in worksheet1 and use the data from
worksheet2. Can I also make worksheet2 "invisible"(sorry for the
terminology) to other users.

Many many thanks for any input

Max

Default lists please help!

You could Protect & hide worksheet as follows
Select Tools Protection & Protect worksheet with a password if desired.
Then Format Sheet Hide
Hope this helps

Thanks very much for your response, but can I create a list in
worksheet1 from the data in worksheet2, I'm going to hide worksheet2
but I want the data contained in worksheet2 to be a list in
worksheet1.
Can this be done?

many thanks once again

Maybe you can use data|validation.

See Debra Dalgleish's site for some notes:
