Default Calculating time

Hi, using Excel 2002 here.

I have 2 cells which are each formatted as "mm/dd/yy hh:mm" . I am trying to
get the number of hours:minutes between them. Please note that there can be
several days in between. How can I do this?

Thank you in advance

Gary

Subtract one from the other, and format as [h]:mm
