Default advance filtering

Hi guys,

Would like any excel experts here regarding advance filtering.

Here's a sample excel sheet that I've uploaded with some filtering
insturction included.

Why is item 1 A (K14:L14) present in filtered list?
According to rule #2, it should not (ID = A)

BTW, this will probably need some VBA code. Do you mind?

Personally, you may tell me no virus but that is meaningless. You don't even
say what the problem is. Describe it in words, everyone else does.

I eventually understand rule #3, which explains why 1A remains in filtered
list.

I already have a solution with rules #1 & #2. Rule #3 is tricky to
implement...
