Is is possible to disable one of lables on worksheet. What i mean is to not

You can lock cells (format|cells|protection tab)
(and leave other cells unlocked--that the user can change) Then you can protect the worksheet (tools|protection|protect sheet) But be aware that there are lots of things that can't be done on a protected sheet--and that sheet protection is easily broken.
