Default Changing text order

Hope someone can help.

How can I change this: (Lastname, firstname) all in the same cell
to: (Firstname Lastname) all in the same cell?
I need to invert the order of the names and eliminate the comma. I
think there is a function that will help me but I cannot find it.
Please help. Thanks.
