Custom autofilter Bug In excel 2002
Hi,
In excel 2002(or whichever one comes with office xp), when using the custom autofilter excel is automatically changing the criteria by itself and messing up the filtered data. For instance if you set the custom autofilter to "contains" and "seal", then do anything like click on another autofilter, or minimise and maximise the window within excel, it will change the criteria to "begins with" and "seal*". It may take a few tries to do it but it'll eventually happen. It only seems to change it when the "contains" option is used. I have Office XP SP3 installed, and it happens on every copy I have tried it on. I've tried creating a blank spreadsheet but it still does it. Although the problem does not exist in office 2003. Has anyone experienced this before, and can it be fixed? Thanks |
