Default Wait while Windows Configures Microsoft Office 2000

I downloaded a patch for Excel 2000. After download Windows wants to
reconfigure Office 2000 Professiional. To do this a .msi file is required
and is on a disk that I no longer have. I cancelled the reconfigure. But,
now, I cannot open any of my Excel files without getting the reconfigure
frame(s). How can I get past the reconfigure so I can use my spreadsheets?
