Default What replaces the Office 2000 add-in "Access Form" in Office 2003

How do you use Access to make a form to enter data for An Excel worksheet?.
In Office 2000 there was an add-in called "MS Access Form". You used it to
make a form in Access and it then placed a button called "View MS Access
Form" in the Excel workshheet. I can't find anything similar in 2003.
