How do I use COUNTIF with two different criteria (2 collumns)
I have a spreadsheet which I would like to count the number of a word in one
collumn, but only if which matches with a word in a different collumn. Thank Juran |

How do I use COUNTIF with two different criteria (2 collumns)
=COUNTIF(A:A,B1)

Thank you. Did work exactly they way I expected. If you do mind I asking (I would like to understand your answer) why the dashes and why sumproduct instead of countif? Once again thank you.
