Default Password protection in Excel

Is it possible to password protect several worksheets in one step, or do I
need to them all individually?

You could use a macro:

Public Sub ProtectAll()
Const PWORD As String = "drowssap"
Dim wsSheet As Worksheet
For Each wsSheet In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
wsSheet.Protect PWORD
Next wsSheet
End Sub
