you may also want to try the text to colums function under data. It may let

I tried pasting several different ways. The Office Clipboard and Help section don't seem to help either. I think I checked any paste HTML options. . So now I'm going to cry. I spend a lot of time with statistics, and database manipulation (just for fun), so any help would be wonderful.
