Default excel postfix number format

Add builtin number formatting for automatic postfix letters such as T, G, B,
M, K typical for metric units or dollar figures ($B, $M, $K). Automatically
switch between letters given number size ($3,200M becomes $3.2M). This
aspect overcomes the limitation of the current number formatting approach.
