Default How do I change the default number format in excel?

Somehow, my excel settings were changed. Now, when I enter a number without
including a decimal, excel automatically adds one. For example, if I enter
1200 it shows as 12.00 instead of 1200. I want to enter numbers without
using the decimal point.

ToolsOptionsEdit. Uncheck "fixed decimal places".
