Default Transfering toolbar settings to new computer

How do you transfer customized toolbar settings in Excel to another computer.
I asked this question in regard to Word, and the answer was "copy the
Normal.dot" file. Is therer a similar file in excel ?

Search for a file named *.xlb. The exact name and location will
depend on your version of Excel and Windows. Copy that file to
the new machine and open it in Excel.
