Default Is there a way to lock in the toolbar settings??

I receive spreadsheets from co-workers that use a different toolbar
arrangement (review toolbar, etc), and every time I open their spreadsheet,
close and/or save the sheet, and later reopen Excel, my template or
spreadsheet
has adopted their layout (review toolbar, etc).

Is there any way to keep or return to my toolbar configuration without
manually resetting (closing, and opening different toolbars)?

Any help greatly appreciated!
