HI, I have a sheet like this:

Can you show me how to make it to :

Tom A 10
Tom B 5
Jim A 5
Jim B 5

Yes.

Use a Pivot table. Your highlight the columns you want to analyze and
pull-down Data Pivot Table and use the wizard
