How do you make a Macro available to all workbooks.

Store it in your personal.xls file. Here's some information:

Save the macro in your Personal.xls file. This is a file which opens
every time you start excel. It is normally hidden so that it only shows
up in the VBE. If you do not have a Personal.xls file the easiest way to
create one is to record a new macro and select Personal Macro Workbook
in the Store Macro In field.
